"This nomination is a mission as this UP election will write the country's history for the next century. Let's take part in this movement of positive politics with progressive thinking. Defeat negative politics, remove it. Jai Hind!" .
Mr. Akhilesh Yadav is promising "positive politics with progressive thinking ". It will be better to define all the four terms: 1. positive 2. politics 3. progressive 4. thinking . He should come forward with his definitions .
In another meeting Mr. Yadav has promised "CPS" pension to UP State Government Employees . It is a great promise . Difficult to implement . Almost all the State Governments in India are nearly bankrupt . Mr. Yadav should not commit the same mistakes which Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy has committed .

~~PRIVATISATION OF VISAKHAPATNAM STEEL PLANT SHOULD STOP
In 2022-23 India budget Government may reiterate its determination to push forward privatisation of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant . With that , the Government may get some moolah ; but it does not extinguish or satiate Governments' scorching thirst for funds . After selling all the lands and other valuable assets , what the rulers will do ?

Governors of States are supposed to be particularly politically neutral . As far as possible , they have to act as intervening Elders to build bridges in Central-State Relations . Their interventions are like Constitutional Arches for Center to lean on the Federal Columnistic Edifices called "States". Sometimes a Governor can also act as an agony aunt, for the States to unsteam themselves against Center . Governor assumes a sort of a judge's role , when Elections take place to State Assemblies and no party reaches the magic Number to form a Government or to form a stable Government . Testing of majority also takes place on the floor of the Assembly . It is not a Governor's duty to promote the interests of Ruling Party in the State . His duty ought to end, after sending a Report to the Center . If there are any Law and Order problems , it will be better if he reports the matter to President and forget the whole thing . There is no relationship of Student and Teacher between the Governor and the Home Ministry at Center.

Are Indian Companies desperate for workers ? They may not be . In India we have crowds . In India there is surfeit of workers . There is surfeit of white color workers . Surfeit of blue color workers . A facade of shortages exists owing to imbalances . Imbalances of skills. Imbalances of wages . Imbalances of skills. Imbalances of infrastructure available in different Regions. Worldwide employers want only youth . Only those who can work 24 hours x 365 days. Indian bosses spend their time in Clubs and want their workers to toil in suffocating workplaces.

Governments worldwide order one thing and do something else . Much noise is generated. When some pellets fall panicky scenes are produced before people . UK cannot be an exception to this . Its Prime Minister cannot be an exception to this . Let us sympathise and empathise with everybody . Only word of caution from ybrao-a-donkey : Those who stay in glass houses cannot throw stones out .

There is nothing wrong in the expectation of people from their Government should pay them lifelong pension . But this might have been easy , had population level remained at 1947 level . Both the Congress and the BJP neglected population control. In 1950 population was about 359 million. Now , India's population is about 1401 million. This is India's deluge. Ms. Nirmala Sitaraman has no time or Will to tame the Monster. Hence her budget will only be a Tinker.
