New rulers owe a duty to their citizens, that the NEW EMPERORS should not commit the same mistakes which their predecessors had committed . Parties which claim that they are pure like Ganga River should not accumulate garbage purchased from other parties . A tendency is developing among Ruling Parties that their getting massive majority in the previous election is a proof of public approval for every thing they had done in the past and would do in future. They must realise that their rulership is limited to just five years. Their reelection and recoronation is not guaranteed.
